Good hotel, but price is high!
The hotel is good in general, but it needs to renew the facilities & furniture. The price is a bit expensive compared to the size and condition of the rooms.

short Ramadhaan stay
the area was vibrant with many eating places and shopping areas. the room and bed was comfortable. the musallah on the mezzanine floor was convenient too. there was a bus service which dropped at the Gaza area of Haram. a bit of a walk but wasnt too bad. especially usefull when it was very crowded and difficult to take a taxi.
They didnt make up the rooms each day. also had to request water or coffee refills. and did not give fresh towels unless you had to ask them at reception. even then too you had to keep asking. the door to the bathroom was damaged and water would leak on floor from shower area. the carpets in the room was very dirty. the Hotel is is need of alot of cleaning and maintenace. the area immediately outside the Hotel was dirty . packets and left over food would be seen regularly.
